What is the normal delivery time?
- Within UK: 1-3 Days (items are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class)
Do you ship to my country?
- As well as the UK, we ship to the EU, USA, Canada and Australia.
- For EU, USA, Canada and Australia please contact us for quotes on delivery.
Do you combine postage?
- We don't combine shipping for UK orders, as for all UK mainland purchases, postage is free!
- For international orders, we do sometimes combine shipping, just ask us and we'll be happy to help.

What do I do if I have not received my order?
Having been trading for a number of years and having shipped thousands of items we have a lot of experience dealing with orders not received.
The most common reason for non-delivery is if your order was too large to fit through your letterbox. Usually, these items are taken back to the delivery office for collection. Also, the postman/woman should have left a note with instructions on how to go about collection/redelivery, However there is the odd occasion where the postman does not leave a note. if this happens your first point of call should still be youre local sorting office, just take some id with yoy and they will be happy to help.
If youre parcel is not sitting in the sorting office then please contact us via email with your order number, item orderd and ammount paid.
Please not for Royal Mail services we are reuired to wait at last 3 weeks (21 days) until we can declare any parcels as lost and act on this. For International orders we are required to wait 6 - 7 weeks.
Item is displaying "out of stock" but I still want to buy it!
Simply contact us if any item you wish to buy is displaying out of stock. There could be a problem with the site. If an item is on our site then it's most likely that we have it in stock, just contact us and we will be happy to take your order over the phone.
How do I leave a review?
Click on the item that you wish to leave a review for. Scroll to the bottom of that items description. Then click on "write an online review". You will be prompted to sign in to make sure that you are a genuine customer, and after you've signed in you'll be able to leave a review.
Is online shopping safe?
Online shopping has grown exponentially over the last few years, and with that have come increased security measures. All customers' details are stored on a secure server, which is backed up regularly to prevent potential data loss. Confidential information such as credit card details is encrypted when sent, and we do not store credit card details.
However, whilst shopping online has become increasingly safe, you should ensure that you have taken precautions to prevent it as well. Software such as anti-virus programs, firewalls and anti-spyware should be installed on your computer to prevent theft of personal data, including those entered online. In addition, it is good practice to keep these programs updated regularly, and that you run a thorough scan of your computer, with these programs, on a weekly basis.
Moreover, when entering sensitive information on online forms, you should check that the domain starts with 'https' and also that a padlock is displayed in your browser (on the top or bottom), which confirms that your details will be encrypted and transmitted securely.
