1. If the item you have purchased is out of stock, we will notify you to let you know that we can either offer to cancel the Order(s) and refund the money or we may suggest a substitute item instead.
2. If there is a system error with your order (2 discounts applied on the same order) - discount has been applied under tier pricing and you have used another discount code at the checkout. According to our T&C we reserve the right to to cancel one of the discounts and request the difference to be paid before we ship the order or we can cancel the order as mentioned under 'Order Confirmation and Payments'.
3. We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we may cancel your Order at any time up to the point we send you the Product(s). See details in our T&C under 'Order Confirmation and Payments'.
4. If there is a payment processing issue with your Order(s), we will notify you to contact us on 01902 607555 so that we can resolve this issue.
