30 day no-hassle returns policy

At PK Green, we are sure that you’ll be delighted with your purchase. However, we do know that you may wish to return an item. PK Green offers a 30 day no-hassle returns policy on all orders for your peace of mind (T & C's apply). This applies to private UK mainland customers only (not business customers).

We do ask that you contact us before returning an item, so everything goes smoothly.

What is the returns process?

1. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery of your item.

2. We will reply to your returns request as soon as possible. Please don't return the item until you hear from us.

3. If there is no fault with the item, it should be returned complete, within its original packaging, and in an unused condition. In certain situations, a 15 - 30% restocking fee will apply which will be at the discretion of the company.

4. This applies to UK mainland customers only.

5. Following return, a refund will be processed via the original payment method as soon as possible.

 

What if my item is faulty?

We're so sorry to hear that. The same procedure will apply as above. Please contact us and we will advise you of the next steps.

 

What if I have received the wrong item?

Please accept our apologies for the error. Contact us and we'll make it right.

 

Business customers or business-to-business transactions

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on B2B (business-to-business) orders. A B2B order is any order where the purchase was made by a Company, or by a person acting on behalf of a Company.

 

Customised or personalised items

Unfortunately, customised or personalised items cannot be returned.
