Lifetime guarantee

We provide a lifetime guarantee on the construction of all of our lamps and light boxes, excluding normal wear and tear.

Should your lamp break, we will either repair or replace it at no cost, whenever needed.


Damaged or defective items

Damaged or defective items can be returned or replaced at any time (lifetime).

Just reach out to us, and we will repair or replace your lamp at no cost.

If you wish to return your item, we will cover the return shipping cost.


Returns of unwanted items

Unwanted items can be returned at any time (lifetime).

To qualify for a return of unwanted items, they must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Partial refunds may be issued in certain cases, such as:

- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.


Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will inform you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company and your bank as it may take some time for your refund to be officially completed. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Items on sale are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us.

Customised products

Customised or branded products cannot be returned, but they are covered by our lifetime guarantee, which includes the construction of the lamps.

Business customers or B2B transactions

Returns are not accepted on B2B orders, defined as purchases made by or on behalf of a company.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit upon returning the item. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned item is received.

If the gift was not marked or was sent to the giver to give to you later, we will refund the giver, and they will be informed of the return.


For returns, we will request you to send your product to our address in the UK.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning unwanted items, which are non-refundable.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary by location.

If returning an item valued over £50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
